NEW BEER: Vanishing Monk Belgian Witbier

Turning 20 and celebrating this milestone has been such a great excuse to re-release old favourites, so we’re keeping it going with our ‘newest’ re-release of our Tall Tales Series favourite: Vanishing Monk Belgian Witbier.

Vanishing Monk Belgian Witbier

ABV: 5.0%
Hops: Hersbrucker
Malt: Pilsen, Flaked Wheat

An unfiltered Belgian style Witbier with hints of orange and coriander, a slightly tart finish and a fluffy white head. Use it to steam mussels or pair with a fresh fruit salad.

Legend has it that years ago, a monk arrived in Deadman Valley, BC to test his theory that this Valley was the center of the universe. When tests confirmed his suspicions, he mysteriously vanished. To this day, spontaneous combustion and sounds of choral singing both haunt and enchant those determined to uncover the Valley’s secrets.

Our Vanishing Monk Belgian Witbier is available in 650ml bombers now in the Old Yale Tasting Room and starting next week, it’ll be available in your local Private Liquor Store and on tap in favourite restaurants and bars. Find our beer near you here.
