New Beer: Sparkling Hibiscus Rose Ale

Sparkling Hibiscus Rose Ale

Effervescent, bright and fruity, our Sparkling Hibiscus Rose Ale takes inspiration from bubbly Pink Champagne. Hibsicus petals offer a beautiful rose colour to compliment the delicate Cranberry, White Grape and Strawberry profile from the Nelson Sauvin and Barbe Rouge hops. A sparkling mouthfeel and very dry finish make this Trailblazer the perfect patio refreshment.

New Beer: Juicy Pineapple Summer Pilsner

Moteuka and Mosaic hops build a huge Tropical fruit profile in this IPA, highlighting the Guava (YUM), Stonefruit (YUM) and Lime (YUM) aromas and flavours while a heavy heaping of malted wheat provides a light hazy character. Hop forward, bright and vibrant, this Tropical India Pale Ale makes for the perfect early Summer release!

New Beer: West Coast Hefeweizen

New Beer: West Coast Hefeweizen

We got together with our friends from Bridge Brewing to craft our take on a traditional Bavarian Wheat Ale. The yeast is the star of the show in this Hef, allowing rich aromas of Banana and Clove to compliment the subtle but pleasant Tangerine and juicy Citrus notes coming from the Mandarina Bavaria and Amarillo hops. A classic style updated with a little West Coast-style (aka Best Coast) flair.

New Beer: Zappa India Session Ale

New Beer: Zappa India Session Ale

Welcoming Field House Brewing to the neighbourhood, we got together to showcase some of the newest and exciting hops available. A double tap of Zappa and Lotus has the aroma erupting with Tropical Fruit, Berry and even a touch of Vanilla and Spice. This light and easy-drinking ISA hits well above its weight class, at only 3.5%, it’s good to go more than a few rounds!
